Returns within 30 days are always free of charge using our return methods. The garments must be in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with their inside labels still attached and not altered) along with their corresponding purchase slip. At this time we do not offer exchanges.
Keep the following exceptions in mind:
Swimwear: Must include the hygiene sticker intact inside the garment
Hosiery or socks: Not able to be exchanged or returned.
Underwear: Underwear items may not be exchanged or returned.
Accessories: Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned. All other jewelry must be returned in their full original packaging.
All returns must be made within 30 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
Hathypical reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, as well as with items which are not in the same condition in which they were received (perfect condition, unworn, all tags attached and not altered).
Go to My Account > Orders and Returns to request a return.
Drop-off point: Use the self-adhesive label provided with your shipment. Affix to outside of box, be sure to cover up original shipping label, then take the items you wish to return to the USPS.
If you placed your order as a Guest, you will be able to make a return by accessing the link included in the order confirmation email.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are nonrefundable through Hathypical.com. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
